How we work

Every tier, in full.

What situation each tier is built for, what support that situation calls for, and exactly what gets delivered. No hour caps in the public version, every commitment below is bounded in the actual services agreement, not published as a rate card.

Starter

€500/mo
Situation

Scale 00, pre-seed or seed. Solo founder, or founder plus one or two people, running GTM personally for the first time. No proven motion yet. The main risk is an unforced error made in isolation, a wrong ICP or unproven messaging that quietly costs a full quarter before anyone notices.

What this delivers
  • A bi-weekly 45-minute coaching call.
  • A structured sanity-check on ICP, positioning, and initial outbound or inbound approach, applied to your actual business, the layer the free Operator System library can't provide.
  • One written review per month on a founder-submitted artifact, with a clear fix-this-first call, not general comments.
  • Direct access for time critical one-off "How should we do this" questions.

Building

€1,500/mo
Situation

Early traction exists and the founder is still running GTM personally. The work now is getting the company ready for its next stage: a written ICP, a motion that works without the founder on every call, and pipeline numbers an investor can trust. A sales hire comes after that foundation is in place. Hired before it, the role inherits the gaps instead of fixing them.

What this delivers
  • A weekly 45-minute check-in / coaching call.
  • A roadmap to your next stage, with clear criteria for what "ready" means, reviewed and adjusted monthly so it stays current as new information lands instead of going stale between reviews.
  • Go/no-go feedback on major decisions before execution: ICP changes, pricing and packaging, a first channel conversation, and the timing and profile of a first sales hire, reducing the risk of an expensive decision made too early.
  • Two written deliverable reviews per month, plus direct access for time-sensitive questions between sessions.

Growth

€3,000/mo
Situation

A motion exists but is fragile, or growth has stalled and the cause isn't obvious. This is where things start actively breaking, a hire underperforms, pipeline looks healthy but doesn't convert, a channel deal falls apart, alongside the ongoing setup work.

What this delivers
  • Two weekly 45-minute check-in / coaching calls.
  • A defined GTM operating cadence that adjusts as the business changes, so the plan reflects what's happening now, not last quarter.
  • Fast-response access when something is actively at risk, a deal, a hire, a channel relationship, reducing the odds a fixable problem becomes a lost quarter.
  • A quarterly GTM health check, plus priority access to a specialist when the problem calls for it.

Embedded

Situation

A leader or team is already in place and doing the day-to-day work, sales, channel, or both. What's missing isn't operating capacity, it's someone else in the room for a specific high-stakes moment the internal team can't navigate alone: building a sales or channel strategy, an investor narrative, a board deadline, or a high-stakes deal. This is not a staffing gap. The function exists; the moment is what's hard.

What this delivers
  • Direct participation in a capped number of live, high-stakes conversations per month: partner negotiations, key sales calls, investor GTM narrative prep.
  • A diagnosed, prioritized read on the specific moment, delivered within the first two weeks, scoped to what's in front of you now, not a general audit.
  • Direct input into how your team handles the moment, coaching the call, shaping the negotiation, sharpening the narrative, not hands-on ownership of pipeline, process, or reporting.

One day a week of dedicated time. As the need grows into more regular involvement, pricing transitions into the Deployment's day-rate structure rather than scaling up on its own.

Deployment

Situation

The company needs someone to actually run a function for a defined period, not advise on it or sit in on it. Either a leadership gap between hires, a new function that needs to be stood up, or a change that needs to be managed.

What this delivers
  • A scoped mandate with a defined start, end, and a validated operational output.
  • Fractional leadership of the function for the engagement period, hiring input, process, and reporting.
  • A structured handoff plan so the function survives after the engagement ends.

Questions founders ask

What if I'm not sure which tier fits?

Start a conversation, not a subscription. Most engagements start at Starter or Building and move up as the situation changes, not the other way around.

What happens if something breaks between calls?

Every tier includes a direct line for time-sensitive questions. If it's a real fire, we temporarily reprioritize within your existing plan for two to four weeks, no upgrade required.

Why isn't Embedded's exact call cap published?

The right cap depends on what the specific moment needs. That gets scoped and written into the agreement during a fit call, not fixed in advance for every founder.

Not sure where you land?

Tell us what's actually happening, we'll tell you which tier fits, not the other way around.
