This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels or advertising tools. It has no contact forms and no newsletter sign-up. Fonts are served from scalemotion.co itself, so loading a page sends no data to Google.
Scalemotion measures how this website is used with Umami, an analytics tool that Scalemotion runs itself on infrastructure operated by Railway. The data is stored in the European Union and is not shared with Umami or any advertising party.
Umami uses no cookies and does not store your IP address. It records which pages are viewed, the page that referred you, your country, browser, device type and screen size, and whether you clicked a Book a Call or email link. Visits are counted with an anonymous identifier that cannot be traced back to you and is not used to follow you across other websites.
Legal basis: Scalemotion's legitimate interest in understanding which content is useful and in improving this website. Statistics are kept for up to 24 months.
The "Book a Call" buttons open a booking page in Google Calendar. To schedule a call, you enter your name, email address and any notes you choose to add. Scalemotion uses this data only to schedule, prepare and hold the call and to follow up on it.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible agreement, and Scalemotion's legitimate interest in responding to your request. Google processes this data on Scalemotion's behalf. Google's own privacy policy applies to the booking page.
When you email Scalemotion, your email address, name and the content of your message are used to reply and to handle your request.
This website is hosted by Netlify. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Legal basis: Scalemotion's legitimate interest in a secure, working website. Netlify is based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Booking and email data is kept for as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting engagement, and deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. When an engagement leads to invoices, Dutch tax law requires those records to be kept for 7 years.
Scalemotion does not sell personal data and does not share it with third parties for marketing. Data is shared only with the service providers named above, or when the law requires it.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Send your request to info@scalemotion.co. Scalemotion responds within one month.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
